Suzanne Heil

King Kindergarten Families,
Thank you for your support this year. I hope all of you have a wonderful summer! Please remember to read, write in your journal and work on math skills over the summer! Below you will find the Clever login and a short video on how it works. Once students are in Clever, they will be able to access  programs like Benchmark Universe and Brainpop Jr. I believe that Dreambox is down for the summer. Below you will also find sites that we used this year like starfall, abcya, Origo at Home and Readingbear. You can click on the links to go to these sites. If you forgot your students Clever login info. or need any help this summer, please email me. I am here for you!

Log in to Clever here. Students will use their Office 365 username and password to log in to Clever. Once logged in, students can access many of the programs we use for instruction.

Our boys and girls have been working hard at home. Watch our home learning video here.

We love our moms! Click here to watch our Mother's Day video.

Our class learned about taking care of our earth. We had fun making recycling projects. Click here to watch our recycle video and see all the neat things we made.

**Lessons have been developed collaboratively with ESOL, Gifted, and Special Education staff.
**At the elementary level, students will have a weekly schedule that assigns each subject 60 minutes of combined review lessons and student learning time per week (all lessons are optional and parents may choose to divide the 60 minutes of learning time in each subject across multiple days) , with one 60-minute block available for designated virtual “office” hours, and one 60-minute block for school counseling or other selected class or activity.

Please look below the photo gallery in the Home Learning Calendar for activities that you can do  with your child. It's important that your child is reading, writing and working on math skills while we are out of school. I want to help you any way I can.
