Mrs. Carroll has been teaching for over 20 years and this is her 7th year here at King. Mrs. Carroll has taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades and loves 3rd grade the most! Mrs. Carroll has 2 grown children and 1 grandson. Mrs. Carroll loves the ocean, cats, yoga and her family! If you ask her what she loves the most about King Elementary, she will tell you that she loves the diversity of our community! Our students and families are the BEST!

This year will be my 5th year of teaching in Virginia and my 1st year at King Elementary! I played basketball for LeMoyne College and graduated with a psychology degree. I also got my teaching certificate for elementary and special education in New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. I have a dog named Malibu! I love her so much and will talk about her often. I grew up outside of Philadelphia and love all Philly sports!

This will be my sixth year teaching, but my first year at King Elementary. I have taught 4th, 5th, Kindergarten, and now 3rd grade. I graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2016, and I spent my teaching career in Oklahoma. I am originally from Northern Virginia but spent 11 years away. I am excited to be back and here at King!
